Contact
Everspring is one person, so there is one inbox for everything: privacy@playeverspring.com.
Write about anything to do with Everspring: Immortal Defense, Rill or this site — a bug, an idea, a road that feels unfair, a puzzle you think has two answers, a mistake in one of the guides, or a question about your data.
Reporting a bug
A good bug report gets fixed fastest. Please include:
- which game, and whether you play it in a browser (which one) or the iPhone/iPad app;
- your device, for example “iPhone 15, iOS 18” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- for Everspring, the road, difficulty and wave; for Rill, the Daily number (“Rill #24”) or the Ladder level;
- a screenshot, if you can take one.
Your progress is stored only on your device and the games keep no accounts, so we cannot look up or restore a save from our side — but a description of what happened is usually enough to find the cause.
Privacy requests
Neither game collects your name, email address or any account. The anonymous gameplay statistics they send cannot be linked back to you, which also means we cannot find “your” records to show or delete them. If you live somewhere with data-protection rights and want to exercise them, or have any question about how your data is handled, write to the same address. The details are in each game's privacy policy: Everspring and Rill.
Reviews and ratings
If you enjoy a game, a rating on the App Store helps more than anything else a player can do for a small studio: Everspring: Immortal Defense · Rill.
